Lily Allen really has something to 'smile' about now that she has been granted her US visa.
The London-based singer, who was celebrating after she picked up a song-writing award for Smile at the BMI Awards, revealed she had another reason to rejoice.
"I got my US visa today - yay!"
she told People.com
"It means I can go and tour there and finish what I've started, which is something I've wanted to do for a while."
Lily's visa was revoked in August 2007 after a scuffle with a photographer, and the 23-year-old was forced to cancel a string of shows.
She also revealed she finally had a release date and title for her eagerly anticipated second album.
"It will be out February 9, and it's called It's Not Me, It's You,"
she admitted.
